Retail Project Manager - Operating model change
One of the UKs top retailers are looking for a Project Manager to join them on a 3 month contract.
This role will be supporting a Retail Transformation Programme targeting a reduction in labour spend in the shop estate, delivering a sustainable shop operating model and enabling a leaner, simpler and faster business.
While driving efficiency, this also aims to remove customer pain points and enhance overall experience.
Accountabilities:
- Ensure the project is set up for success
- Project manage delivery team
- Manage risks, issues and dependencies.
- Manage finances and tracking.
- Provide regular status updates
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Experience of shaping full operating model change, including people and tech with experience of RFPs
- Stakeholder management is critical - working across multiple head office teams and building successful relationships
- Experience of delivering significant people change
- Experience of managing a large cross functional team
- Comfortable working with ambiguity
