Project Manager

PROJECT MANAGER - INSIDE IR35/ £243.33 - 23 MONTH CONTRACT.

Loriens leading Public Sector client is looking to bring on an experienced Project Manger on a long term contract of 23 months, based hybrid in Edinburgh 1-2 days per week.

There is no line management responsibility, but the post-holder will be required to work with a number of teams in the organisation.

Main Duties of Role

• Plan what work needs to be done, when and who's going to do it
• Assess the risks involved in a particular project and manage these risks
• Manage usage of project management tools across the Inquiry
• Ensure the work is done to the right standard
• Motivate the team of people involved in the project
• Ensure the project is running on time and to budget
• Escalate risks and project slippage where necessary
• Employ change control in the project as and when necessary
• Ensure the project delivers the expected outputs and benefits
• Report on project delivery in line with corporate requirements
