About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Content Operations Lead to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will lead and manage content operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows across various channels. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in content operations, project management, and process optimization, particularly in high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage content operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows across various channels.

  • Professionalize and scale up content teams, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.

  • Oversee project management activities, from planning to execution, ensuring timely and quality delivery of content projects.

  • Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and freelancers, ensuring alignment with the company's standards and objectives.

  • Optimize content production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Group Content to ensure consistent and cohesive content strategy and execution.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in content operations and production, particularly in a high-growth environment.

  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, with a track record of successfully managing multi-channel content operations.

  • Strong vendor and agency management skills, with experience in negotiating and managing contracts.

  • Exceptional process optimization abilities, with a keen eye for identifying efficiencies and implementing improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in establishing scalable content processes and teams.

  • Familiarity with private wealth content, sales enablement content, and B2B.

  • Ability to work with the approvals/governance process required in regulated financial spaces.
