Job Title: IT Support Technician

Location: New York City, NY (10013)

Job Type: Full-time

Experience Level: 2-4 years

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our team in New York City. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our team and ensuring a smooth IT experience for our many C-level executives. This role primarily focuses on managing software-related requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 1 IT support, including license assignment, onboarding, and offboarding assistance.

  • Manage software-related requests and support on the ticketing side using JIRA.

  • Assist with the upcoming office move and ensure all IT equipment and systems are set up correctly.

  • Handle O365 (Octa) related tasks and, if possible, enroll and manage PCs remotely using JAMF.

  • Maintain a professional demeanor and provide high-level IT support in a fast-paced environment with many C-level executives.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of IT support experience.

  • Proficiency in JIRA is essential.

  • Experience with Tier 1 support, license assignment, and O365 (Octa).

  • Basic experience in enrolling and managing PCs remotely (JAMF is a plus, but not required).

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain professionalism in a high-stakes environment.

  • Networking skills are not necessary for this role.
