Salary: $110k - $120k/yr.

About the Company & Role:
A leading integrator and managed service provider specializing in the design, installation, and support of Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), Small Cell, and 4G/5G Private Wireless Networks for Enterprises in the U.S. is seeking an Inbuilding Construction Manager II to oversee day-to-day installation management at customer locations. This role ensures that field crews and technicians complete tasks safely and adhere to high standards of quality and professionalism, while also managing subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with safety and quality expectations. You'll manage a variety of DAS and in-building wireless installation projects, including public safety systems and enterprise deployments.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily installation activities at customer locations.
  • Ensure field crews and technicians complete tasks safely and to our quality standards.
  • Oversee subcontractors and vendors, ensuring they adhere to safety and quality protocols.
  • Create project schedules, track progress, and communicate updates to clients and senior management.
  • Conduct site surveys to determine project scope and provide quotes.


Technical Skills & Knowledge Required:

  • Ability to read blueprints, Visio, and iBwave drawings.
  • Proficient in creating Bills of Materials (BOM) and ordering project materials.
  • Thorough understanding of Fiber Optics construction, splicing, OTDR, and test equipment.
  • Hands-on experience with PIM/RL Sweep testing, including interpreting sweeps and managing results.
  • Experience filing and pulling construction permits.
  • DAS OEM's & DAS Testing.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with iDAS, new builds, and Public Safety installations.
  • Experience managing multiple, ongoing projects and in-house crews simultaneously.
  • High School Diploma or GED.

Location & Travel:
This role is based in South Florida and may require travel to various customer locations throughout the region.
