Statutory Reporting Manager

• £550 - 650 per day Inside IR35
• Milton Keynes based - 3 days a week onsite
• Contract until 31^st October

This role is to work on a contract basis for a Financial Services company in the Statutory Reporting Team of a CFO Division. The team are responsible for preparing the UK and US Annual Reports and Half-Yearly Financial Reports, as well as internal-use quarterly financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Producing the Half Yearly Financial Reports, and Q3 Interims with a focus on populating and reviewing the Financial Statements and Risk review, as well as reviewing other key disclosures, working with prepare teams to ensure that all the data complies with IFRS and other UK and EU disclosure requirements.
• Producing the US Half Yearly Financial Reports on Form 6-K working with prepare teams to ensure that all the data complies with US SEC disclosure requirements.
• Working closely with the Technical Accounting team and being able to interpret and implement updates and recommendations to accounting and disclosure requirements.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• ACA or ACCA Qualified.
• Desirable a background from Audit and moved in to Statutory Reporting.
• Understanding of IFRS.
• Writing skills, suitable for inclusion in published documents.
