The Portfolio Lead Role

As the Portfolio Lead FTC, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of Back office technology integration across all departments in the business including Technology, Cyber Security, Finance, Treasury, and HR. This portfolio will mean you will deliver integration programmes of large scale systems and business changes including workday M365, Service Now, Regulatory reporting, Colleague End User Services and harmonising within delivery teams across the company and 3^rd Parties.

You will be reporting to the head of Portfolio and help guide a large team of talented and friendly programme managers.

Providing RAID management of this exciting portfolio, ensuring efficient resource allocation, financial oversight, and the achievement of ambitious targets.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in large-scale integration projects, particularly within highly regulated industries like financial services. Your ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, deliver Agile and scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies, and manage third-party vendors will be crucial to your success in this role.

What We're Looking For

To excel as the Portfolio Lead FTC, you will need:

• Proven track record of leading successful integration programmes and large-scale business transformations
• Expertise in Agile and scaled Agile (SAFe) project management methodologies
• Strong technical understanding, with the ability to liaise effectively with IT and business teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in highly regulated environments, preferably within financial services
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
