My client is looking for a CTNA Analyst to join them on a 2 month project this will be producing analysis for UK based training using AI technology! This role involves supporting my clients training in automating the CTNA process, writing development and final reports, designing force preparation order (FPO) templates, providing military situational awareness, and understanding collective training requirements. The Training Analyst will also aid the lead in demonstration to the Authority of the CTNA

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the CTNA Process: Create and refine the CTNA process to ensure it meets the needs of the organisation and its stakeholders.
• Support Training in Automating the Process: Collaborate with third party Training to automate the CTNA process, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
• Write Development and Final Reports: Prepare comprehensive development and final reports that document the CTNA process, findings, and recommendations.
• Design Force Preparation Order (FPO) Template: Develop a standardised FPO template to streamline force preparation and ensure consistency.
• Provide Military Situational Awareness: Offer insights and understanding of collective training requirements based on military situational awareness.
• Lead CTNA Demonstration to the Authority: Present and demonstrate the CTNA process to the Authority, showcasing its effectiveness and benefits.
