Business Process Analyst - London Markets

We are recruiting for a Business Process Analyst. Must have London Markets and strong Process Improvement experience to join one of our Insurance clients on a 6-month contract.

Inside IR35 - Hybrid- 2 days a week onsite in London

Experience:

• A proven track record of defining and delivering complex optimisation initiatives
• Extensive London Market Insurance business analysis experience and knowledge of CI/ Lean methodologies
• Extensive experience of understanding the relationships, dependencies and impacts of change on multiple systems, teams and processes
• Experience of formal change structure and disciplines
• Appreciation of various Change Management methodologies
• Experience with underwriting
• Process improvement experience
• Delegated Authority (Terrorism and PI) experience- nice to have
