Joanna Fagbadegun - Sales Director at Lorien
Joanna has 20 years’ talent acquisition and recruitment outsourcing experience, working with a number of organisations across a range of industries, including technology, e-commerce, financial services and professional services. She is responsible for growth and new business for Lorien’s Managed Solution portfolio, including commercials, solution design and contracts. Jo tunes into customer requirements to ensure our solutions are effective, innovative and agile.
Darren Topping - Director of Solutions & Insight at Lorien
Darren joined Lorien in 2008 as a tech specialist recruiter and became Director of Solutions and Insight in 2019. Responsible for insight, data, and innovation, Darren uses his market knowledge to give our clients full visibility of market information and forces – driving innovation, efficiencies and continuous improvement. Darren is a dedicated supporter of social mobility. Within Lorien, he is a mental health first aider, as well as an ambassador for the Tech Talent Charter.
Andy Smith - Head of Talent Attraction/Delivery supporting KPMG
With over 15 years industry experience, Andy leads talent attraction for C to E grade hires at KPMG. Heading up a team of multi-discipline recruiters covering a broad range of roles across Tech, Audit, Tax, Change, Data and HR, Andy has been known throughout his career for creative talent acquisition strategies and utilising data to enhance these strategies.
