We were also fortunate to work with some incredible clients and place some talented candidates in exciting roles over the year.

Lorien’s 2024 guides and reports

As always, we launched a variety of guides and reports this year to help inform our clients on valuable insights and statistics in the industry.

Our first report of the year was What Tech Candidates Want, highlighting the latest research into what’s making tech candidates tick in today’s market.

Lorien’s annual Technology and Digital Salary Survey followed, where business leaders could discover UK annual salaries and daily rates alongside recent hiring trends in the technology sector.

The final Lorien report for this year, Women in Tech Insights, provided valuable insights into female candidates and highlights perspectives and experiences from women who are shaping the tech industry in the UK.

Our 2024 awards and achievements

We are delighted and proud to have been the recipient of a number of recognitions and accolades this year. This includes being shortlisted for ‘Best Supplier Partnership’ at The Talent Labs Awards for our partnership with Santander UK, and a shortlisting at the TIARA Talent Solutions Awards in the Netive VMS Client Service category. We were also ‘Highly Commended’ at the TIARA Talent Solutions Awards in the Giant Group DE&I Award due to our work with Coventry Building Society.

We received further recognition recently at the IHR Awards, achieving Bronze for Outsourced In-house Recruitment Team (RPO/Embedded Solution) for our onsite work with Coventry Building Society.

This year we were also excited to share that we were ranked as the #1 Largest IT Staffing Firm in the UK by the Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA). Everyone at Lorien helped us to reach this incredible achievement, and we celebrated the accomplishment together.
