Duration: Permanent/Direct Hire
Location: Palm Beach County
Onsite: Both office-based work and site visits to project locations, requiring occasional travel to oversee project progress and resolve on-site issues.
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Vertical Aviation Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects within the vertical aviation sector. In this role, you will manage all phases of construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the construction of vertical aviation infrastructure, including vertiports and supporting facilities.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficient use of materials and labor.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays that arise.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality controls.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including reports on milestones, risks, and progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of Aviation (Vertical) Project Manager experience
- Must have airports experience NOT aerospace
- Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in aviation or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of vertical aviation infrastructure requirements and regulatory standards.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

- Other: Must currently reside in South Florida (preferably Palm Beach County) and be willing to drive to PBC daily.
