Project Manager - Mental Health
Mental Health Parity Analyst
The Mental Health Parity Analyst will engage in various projects, focusing on project management activities, vendor management, and the production of client deliverables, ensuring all quality standards are met. This role offers an excellent opportunity to enhance project management skills and gain health and welfare business acumen by working on innovative projects alongside industry leaders.
The Role:
- Act as the project manager and primary liaison to the consultant and local H&B teams for smaller clients, which includes:
- Developing project plans
- Monitoring progress against deadlines and budget
- Scheduling and managing status calls for active engagements
- Ensuring effective communication among team members and the client
- Preparing initial and final drafts of deliverables for consultant review
- Providing daily support to group purchasing clients, both directly and in collaboration with internal colleagues, to resolve benefit-related questions and issues; maintaining and updating client enrollment materials
- Build strong internal relationships and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
- Produce and report analyses based on client requirements
- Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of all deliverables
