Pay Rate: $25-$30/hr (experience-dependent)

Overview:

The Tower Top Hand is responsible for assisting with and independently performing tower construction, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This role offers opportunities for growth while requiring technical expertise and attention to safety. Successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring seamless network performance for various wireless carriers.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in all phases of tower construction, modification, and maintenance.
• Install and align antennas, including Microwave, with guidance or independently.
• Perform coaxial cable terminations and operate testing equipment.
• Identify materials and resources needed to complete projects.
• Collaborate with team members and sub-contractors, including crane operators and electricians.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• 1-4 years of experience in telecommunications/wireless preferred (training available for motivated individuals).
• Ability to climb and work at heights with proper certifications (Climbing/Fall Protection and OSHA Safety).
• Basic to advanced technical skills, including familiarity with electronic test equipment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license requred.
• Willingness to travel within the state.
