Must have marketing Project manager experience (at least one year).

This person will be supporting the marketing team and working with cross-functional teams, budgeting and basic PM functions.

Experience in ASANA is required.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage a small project, from start to finish, or one phase of a large project so that it is completed on time and within budget.

Supports development of cost benefit analysis, return on investment forecasts, project charters, risk analysis, project schedules and ensures actual results are tracked for small projects.

Effectively leads project team and stakeholders to deliver high value business and system changes.

Manages and adapts to issues, risks and changes.

Supports the identification and requisition of appropriate resources to build a team to meet the needs of the project.

Effectively communicates with team members, sponsors, and stakeholders to create and maintain a high performing team.

Facilitates the development and subsequent changes of scope among sponsors and stakeholders to maximize ROI and align with strategic goals.

Facilitates the development and ongoing updates to plans to best meet the needs of the project. Monitors and reports on progress toward project goals. Analyzes information to provide process improvement and recommend changes.

Job Specifications Typically has the following skills or abilities:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field; in lieu of degree 4 years functional experience

Experience analyzing and documenting project plans and business solutions

Familiar with a variety of the project management concepts, practices, and tools

Strong leadership and facilitation skills Strong written and verbal communication skills

Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment the in performance of his/her job duties
