Data/ Business Intelligence Trainer

We are looking for a Data/Business Intelligence trainer to work on our Data Academy programme, you will play a vital role in supporting the Data Academy Lead in the design, delivery, and coordination of the Data Academy programmes. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a company-wide initiative.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing Data Academy programmes, including scheduling, communication, and resource management.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing support to learners enrolled in Data Academy programmes, addressing their questions and ensuring a positive learning experience.
• Contribute to the development and creation of training materials, including presentations, online modules, and assessments, ensuring alignment with our data strategy and learning objectives.

Essential

• A passion for data and a strong understanding of data literacy concepts.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using technology and online learning platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Data, Data Platforms, Data Warehouse and Dataflows & Business Intelligence
• Reporting tools: Power BI & Excel
• Experience/knowledge of Snowflake, SQL, Python
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• A growth mindset and a desire to learn and develop new skills.

Desired

• Education or Certification: Degree and/or professional qualification in either a technology related field or Statistics, Data Science or similar
• Experience in a learning and development or training role.
• Experience in instructional design or curriculum development.

Inside IR35, Hybrid working - 2-3 days a week in the office (Stratford - London)
