Lorien, a global technology recruitment specialist, has partnered with global market leading life sciences recruitment expert SRG to create a new, all-encompassing digital health recruitment solution.

Digital healthcare has been transformed during the COVID-19 pandemic. According to the Association of British HealthTech Industries, healthtech is now the largest employer in the broader life sciences sector, employing 131,800 people across 4,060 companies

The new proposition will enable those working in digital health to harness sector expertise across both life sciences and technology with greater simplicity and flexibility, enabling fast-growing business to scale up.

Covering SRG and Lorien’s client and candidate bases across the UK, Europe and North America, the STEM proposition will offer tailored recruitment models, including expertise in technical and executive search, statement of work, employer branding and candidate marketing and attraction, as well as traditional recruitment.

Lorien and SRG are both part of the Impellam Group – the sixth largest managed service provider worldwide. This collaboration marks the latest in a series of moves by the recruitment giant to enhance its STEM portfolio, including the recent appointment of Kelly Morton as STEM CEO.

Lorien and SRG’s digital health proposition will officially launch on 16th February 2021.
