Job Title: Program Manager - Education Facilities Rehabilitation and Construction
Location: Commutable distance from downtown Miami
About the Role:
Join our team as a Program Manager overseeing the rehabilitation and construction of education facilities. This role is ideal for a leader with extensive construction management experience who thrives in managing high-stakes projects and diverse teams.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10-15 years of progressive construction/program management experience, with a minimum of 5 years leading facility rehabilitation or renovation programs in higher-education or institutional settings.
- Proven track record as an Owner's Representative or Program Manager for multi-million-dollar projects.
- Preferred Credentials: PgMP, PMP, CCM certifications or equivalent; Florida PE license is a plus.
Skills & Expertise:
- Proficient in MS Project (or Primavera), Power BI, cost modeling (Excel), and project controls software.
- Advanced skills in budget development, cost control, and risk management.
- Strong leadership in multi-disciplinary team management and mentoring, with excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation abilities.
- Knowledgeable in Florida building codes, ADA standards, life-safety, and sustainability for campus facilities. Familiarity with design-bid-build, design-build, and JOC procurement processes.
