Description


Job Brief:
As the Community Programs Manager, you will drive community-led growth by maintaining and supporting our community programs. You will lead our signature events, meetups, and recognition program offerings, ensuring these essential initiative s align with our vision and mission while delivering measurable impact. In addition to supporting existing programs, you will have the opportunity to leverage your community-building expertise to develop and launch new strategic initiatives. Your effort s will help cultivate strong customer relationships that foster loyalty, drive product adoption, and enhance customer retention. You will partner with the Community Programs Manager before their leave and upon their return to ensure a smooth transition.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the operational plan, and metric deliverables for all owned program areas in alignment with team-wide strategic and operational frameworks.
* Support our global community-led user group program by onboarding new leaders, completing all necessary administrative tasks, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
* Manage, host, and continue to scale a recurring monthly virtual Coffee Chat series.
* Deliver a strategic plan for the Most Valuable Professional (MVP) program and launch the inaugural nomination cycle.
* Pilot and launch a new recurring live program focused on product adoption.
* Partner with the Community Team to develop an action plan for an inaugural virtual community conference/workshop.
* Actively contribute to the development and execution of our overall team strategy and roadmap.
* Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives and special projects as needed.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience required
* 3+ years of successful community management experience is required
* Previous experience building and launching community programs from scratch is ideal
* Comfortable being the public representative of us to our community.
* Committed to actively engaging with the community every working day.
* Strong relationship-building skills and experience leading and collaborating within cross-functional teams.
* Highly organized, capable of monitoring trends, recording and curating feedback, and compiling relevant data.
* Relevant experience in the construction industry is a plus.
