Job Brief:

Responsible for the strategy, execution and measurement for our executive briefings and briefing location management. Collaborate with account teams and leaders across the entire organization to develop briefing agendas and experiences built for customer and prospective customer Executives. Working with Sales and Customer Success and other teams from the business to facilitate in-person engagement between our leadership and top accounts that maximizes relationship building and pipeline acceleration. Responsible for travel to briefings in Carp, Austin and other office locations for executive experiences/ program.


Responsibilities:

Collaborate with account teams and leaders across the entire organization to develop customized briefing agendas and experiences built for customers and prospective customers at any of our office locations.
Support other events from the strategic events marketing team when in the Carp or other office locations: CIO Roundtable, Culture Academy, innovation labs and more.
Evaluate briefing requests based on sales impact, revenue potential, level of attendees, market segmentation, stage in sales cycle, etc.
Host on-site and hybrid briefings as needed in Carpinteria and other office locations: set up & open briefing, ensure account teams are set up for success to lead the briefings, support timekeeping and other needs in the room.
Build relationships and manage relationships with the teams supporting the briefing program.
Help with the execution of the Executive Forum at Groundbreak and managing 1:1 executive meetings.
Capture key Voice of the Customer insights and feedback to find commonalities and share back with leadership.
Assess program quality and performance regularly. Use feedback from internal/external briefing participants to implement improvements.
Report back the success of each briefing by capturing and sharing the key insights, summarizing overall sentiment and sharing follow up actions with the account and executive teams.
Develop partnerships with senior management, product marketing, and other departments to develop new sessions to expand the program offerings.
Educate, market and evangelize the briefing program internally quarterly with account teams
Work on experiences in our office locations for executive briefing, innovation labs and more.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
8+ years of experience in Marketing or relevant roles
5+ years of experience supporting executive briefing centers
2+ years in a SaaS company
Strong executive presence and ability to collaborate with and influence senior leaders
Ability to communicate effectively via presentation, written, and spoken channels
Excellent interpersonal skills and highly collaborative nature, with a proven track record of establishing credibility with key customers, prospects, business partners, sales, customer support, product and leadership teams
Analytic, pragmatic, and action-oriented, with a proven track record of being a creative, strategic, problem solver
Ability to leverage data and insights in the development of and to continually optimize marketing plans
Excellent communicator and coalition builder; knows how to build organizational support and credibility across multiple functions within the company
Experience using a CRM platform, preferably Salesforce, and proficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Office, Google Applications, Briefing Source or other briefing platform experience preferred
Must be willing to travel up to 40 percent of the time.
Must be located in the Austin area.
