Logistics Specialist

The team you'll be working with is responsible for providing many data centers with the hardware parts they need to keep computers and servers running. In this position, you will be responsible for shipping, receiving, and scanning many computer/server components each day. You'll need to carefully pack the components as well. You will be trained on how to use the inventory management system on a computer and you'll need to update the system as you're completing your work. This position requires a high attention to detail to avoid mistakes.

REQUIRED SKILLS
1. Ability to lift 50 pounds
2. Read and follow instructions
3. Ability to use shipping software
4. Able to meet shipping rate of 100 per day or Receiving rate of 150 per day

PREFERRED SKILLS
1. Prior experience with UPS World Ship software
2. All basic required skills
3. Able to use small tools consistent with shipping process
4. Accuracy in labeling

Must have valid drivers license and a reliable form of transportation. Will be required to commute between data centers as part of role.
