Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager (NOC Transition - DAS and Small Cell Telecommunications) to lead the transition of our Network Operations Center (NOC) from an outsourced model to an in-house operation. This role will oversee planning, execution, and implementation efforts to ensure a seamless transition, robust operational framework, and long-term success for the new in-house NOC.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in telecommunications, ServiceNow platform integration (including telecommunications Configuration Management Database), NOC operations, and process implementation, with a strong background in project management and team leadership.
Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the transition of NOC operations from an outsourced to an in-house model.
• Collaborate with teams to develop standardized workflows, escalation paths, and operational procedures for the in-house NOC.
• Partner with Sigital to optimize ServiceNow functionalities, including CMDB and ticketing system automation.
• Ensure that the NOC meets all operational requirements, including staffing, training, and resource availability.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on transition progress and address concerns promptly.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) post-transition to identify and implement improvements.
• Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as needed to support the dynamic needs of the NOC transition.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the telecommunications industry.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and CMDBs is required.
• Proven experience with DAS and Small Cell systems preferred.
• PMP, ITIL, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
• Working experience with Microsoft Project or similar project management platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Deep understanding of NOC operations and telecommunications infrastructure.
• Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
• Proven ability to work effectively with internal and external teams.

Contractor Status:
This position is a 9-month standard contract to hire role with the potential for extension or conversion based on project needs and individual performance.
