Service Technician - DC Power (Level I & II)
Phoenix, AZ


We are seeking a highly motivated Service Technician in the Phoenix region to perform installation and maintenance tasks in the communications and industrial sectors. The role involves installing and upgrading power systems, running cables, and working on DC power systems in diverse conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Install batteries, rectifier battery plants (all voltages), ironwork, and cable racks.
  • Upgrade and replace DC power plants, primary and secondary distribution equipment.
  • Run power cables, crimp lugs, and perform lacing.


Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Experience in upgrading/replacing DC power plants, primary and secondary distribution equipment.
  • Ability to run power cables, crimp lugs, and perform lacing.
  • Understand how lead-acid batteries function.
  • Interpret technical drawings and manuals.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance and up to 150 lbs. with assistance.
  • Possess the strength and dexterity to use various hand and power tools.
