We are currently looking for an O2C SAP Solution Architect, who will drive and deliver innovative solutions with industry leading practices and products.


Responsibilities

  • Provide support for SAP O2C systems including SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), SAP CRM and SAP FSCM and SAP Receivable Management areas and OpenText.
  • Responsible for ABAP developments as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement and deploy the end-to-end Global ERP solution leveraging Agile Methodology
  • Create detailed functional specifications for ABAP developments
  • Documenting and coordinating project go-live activities
  • Plan and manage ongoing enhancements, upgrades and support of SAP ecosystems while establishing best practices in governance, risk mitigation and audit compliance.
  • Design scalable solutions to meet business needs and system configuration.
  • Responsible for financial controls, responding to internal/external audit requests, ensuring corporate policy and SOX compliance in all phases of the business processes.
  • Trains, guides and mentors other professionals or colleagues with less experience.
  • Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel, lead functional teams or projects, and serve as a best practice/quality resource.


Desired Skills

  • 8+ years of experience analyzing, designing, evaluating, modifying, testing and implementing enterprise-wide systems or business experience using ERP applications
  • 2+ years lead experience
  • Experience in an SAP O2C environment demonstrating highly competent abilities in standard software development life cycle management and project management techniques and methodologies.
  • SAP O2C SME with hands-on configuration experience in SAP O2C modules including SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and SAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) and SAP Receivable Management areas and OpenText.
  • A deep understanding of SAP O2C processes and extensive experience in implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP systems to support end-to-end O2C processes.
  • Strong experience in SAP sales & distribution (SD), sales contracts, sales order management, master data configuration, Credit Management.
  • Strong experience in Customizing Pricing processes, variant pricing, billing, inter-company sales, Accounts Receivable, Rebates and revenue recognition processes
  • Solid understanding on SD & FI-AR integration and have extensively worked on SD and FI integration setting up the account determination procedures.
  • Experience in SAP S4 Hana and as an O2C lead is preferred.
  • Knowledge of master data objects required to support the Order to Cash processes (business partner, customer hierarchy, etc.)
  • Solid understanding and experience of integrating SAP O2C module with other SAP modules like FICO, MM, PP, PS
  • Advanced experience with designing and implementing systems/applications solutions.
  • Experience with system management processes, business requirements gathering, solution design and configuration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Experience creating business process diagrams including business process procedures as necessary.
  • Full-lifecycle SAP implementation experience with Hybrid and Agile methodology framework and related business processes
  • Advanced experience with designing and implementing systems/applications solutions.
  • Experience with developing Queries, SQL extracts, and updating queries as required by Business Users.
