Head of Cyber Culture and Awareness

Contract duration: 6 Months

Day Rate: Up to £1000 (Inside IR35) (DOE)*

Location : Coventry (Hybrid)

My client is a leading financial services organisation currently in the market for an interim Head of cyber culture and awareness with a focus on Human risk. This role will sit within the leadership function of the wider cyber and technology group. You will be pivotal in leading your team and making the organisation aware of new threats and how to spot them through training sessions, campaigns, interactive Gamified events etc. ultimately driving good practices across the organisation.

Key duties:

• Drive the execution of engaging, innovative initiatives, and events to improve cyber awareness and shift cyber behaviour.
• Work closely with leaders across various departments to integrate security measures into business processes
• Deliver cultural change through building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
• Act as a mentor and guide for the team, enabling professional growth and development.
• Lead the design and implementation of engaging campaigns to promote awareness and adherence to security good practice.
• Be a though leader within your space bringing modern and innovative ways to approach this ever growing area, utilizing a good understanding of behavioural analysis to engage your audience.
