Business Systems Analyst - 40k - Altrincham / Hybrid

I'm looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join my client working on their various systems whilst playing a pivotal role in supporting business process change and driving the successful delivery of new system features and changes.

Driving the successful delivery of existing and new system features, you will oversee the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ensure timely delivery of key solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse business requirements, assessing the feasibility of system changes
• Close collaboration with stakeholders volunteering change where necessary
• Work closely with fellow System Analysts documenting integration of both legacy and new systems

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven commercial experience as a Business Systems Analyst
• Familiarity with Databases / Enterprise Resource Planning (ERPs) / Customer Relationship Management (CRMs) systems
• Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  
• Knowledge of how to streamline or improve business s process to increase efficiency
• Ability to gather, document and interpret business requirements from stakeholders
• Ability to analyse business and systems issues and develop solutions
• Attention to detail to avoid errors
• Work well within cross functional teams
• Change Management - facilitating transitions and ensuring end users are prepared for new system implementations
